WhatsApp proposal message builder

Fill in the deal, pick the moment, get a message that reads like a person wrote it in a chat app. Opens straight in WhatsApp. Nothing you type leaves your browser.

Which moment is this?

Your message

Hi there, just sent over the proposal for the project. Have a look when you get a minute and tell me if the scope reads right?

WhatsApp will ask which contact to send it to.

This runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere, saved, or seen by us.

Why these messages are short

A WhatsApp message is not a shortened email. The three rules every message here follows: no salutation block, no sign-off, and exactly one question — a chat message that asks two things gets answered on neither. The price appears once, when you send it, and never again in a nudge, because repeating it reads as chasing money rather than checking in.

The last message deliberately carries no link. Re-sending the proposal is the chase it is meant to end.

The message is the easy half. Knowing when to send it is the other one.

Every message above is a guess about timing. ClosingMoment removes the guess — it tells you the moment your client opens the proposal, which section they are sitting on, and how long they stayed, so you send this because something happened.
