What counts toward the 5 free proposals?

A proposal counts once you share it. Drafts do not count, so you can build and revise before anything is used up. The five are a one-time total rather than a monthly allowance — nothing resets them. When all five are used you can upgrade to Solo to send more, and the proposals you have already shared keep working.

Can I start from a document I already have?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upload a PDF or Word (.docx) file up to 10 MB and ClosingMoment reads its text and drafts a ClosingMoment proposal from it, which you then edit. It rebuilds the content as a tracked proposal page — it does not track your original file, and the original layout is not preserved.

What does the AI review check before I send?

Generating a draft and reviewing one are separate actions. Save the draft, ask for an analysis, and you get a 0–100 strength score with a band (Needs work, Good or Strong), what is working, what is missing, and a suggestion for up to three sections. It rates the proposal you wrote. It is not a prediction of whether this client will accept, and re-running it after an edit does not guarantee a higher number.

What does proposal tracking collect?

An opening shows that someone visited; section activity shows which parts of the proposal were viewed and for how long. It is not a cursor recording, camera or microphone feed, and the public proposal carries a tracking disclosure. Activity can be incomplete when a browser or connection blocks events. Activity gives context, not certainty — it does not prove someone understood the proposal or intends to buy.

How does sharing and follow-up on WhatsApp work?

You share the proposal link with your client and they read it in their browser — no account, no app, no download. When you want to follow up, you can request a draft written from that proposal and its recorded activity; it opens in your own WhatsApp with the message prepared, and you decide what to send. Nothing sends on its own. This works with standard WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business and needs no Business API. Client emails are a separate channel: follow-up automations can send those for you under your settings, capped at two per proposal and at least 24 hours apart, and they stop when a client accepts.

What can I learn from past proposals?

Once you have 5 recorded outcomes — proposals you marked won or lost — Closing Intel compares them: your close rate, the loss reasons you entered, how long won deals took, which sections the won ones got read, and patterns in price, payment options and timing. Some comparisons need more than the minimum before they appear. A new account starts empty rather than showing anyone else’s history, and a pattern in your own history is an association to test, not a proven cause.

What happens when a client accepts?

The client provides their first name and email, with an optional last name, and agrees to the proposal. The product records acceptance details and time, captures a won outcome and stops applicable follow-ups. Acceptance does not collect payment. Notifications depend on your settings and delivery availability.
