About
Proposal software built around the moment a deal is decided
ClosingMoment is a proposal tool for independent sellers who close over WhatsApp. It replaces the PDF-and-silence workflow with something measurable: a live proposal page, real-time signals about what the client is reading, and a follow-up drafted from that behaviour.
It exists because the standard workflow discards its most useful information. A proposal leaves as an attachment and the seller learns nothing after that — not whether it was opened, not which section held attention, not whether it was forwarded to a second decision-maker. The follow-up is then timed by guesswork, usually days late.
The product is built entirely around the window that guesswork misses: the client is reading the pricing section now. ClosingMoment reports that moment as it happens, drafts a message grounded in what was actually read, and hands it over in the seller’s own WhatsApp thread — while the conversation is still open.
How it’s run
Honest numbers only
No borrowed logos and no invented statistics anywhere on this site. Any figure that appears carries its source, and the home page says plainly that the product is new rather than implying a customer base it does not have.
The seller sends the message
The AI drafts; the seller reviews and sends from their own WhatsApp thread. Nothing is delivered automatically on their behalf, and the client is never messaged by a bot posing as the person they hired.
Independently operated
ClosingMoment is designed, built and supported by its founder. Support email is answered by the person who writes the code, which keeps the feedback loop between a reported problem and a fix short.
Early, and shaped by the people using it
The product is new, so the roadmap will be set by the sellers who join it. Feature requests and bug reports go straight to the person building it and are answered directly.
