The five are a one-time total rather than a monthly allowance — nothing resets them. When all five are used you can upgrade to Solo to send more, and the proposals you have already shared keep working.
How much does Solo cost?: Solo costs $12/month billed annually ($144/year), or $19/month billed monthly. Subscription billing is in USD. Solo adds unlimited proposals, your logo and colors, and removal of the ClosingMoment footer.

Currency on your proposals defaults to your locale automatically.
